Twilight Camp 2024

July 22, 23, 24, 25.
Mandatory Caddie Training Sumday July 21.  Optional Older Girl Overnight July 25.

Things to have ready when you register:

• Health History: Doctor, insurance, medications, allergies

• Volunteer Dates: Number of days (1-4) a parent/caregiver/guardian will volunteer

• Placement Requests: We attempt to place campers with a friend in the same grade

• Payment: Credit Card or financial aid coupon code

• Cookie Credits: Number of program credits you'll apply to camp fees

Cost of Camp

• Camper - $90 - Entering grades 1-6 or 7th graders attending as campers 

• Assistant Caddie - $50 - First-time caddies emtering grades 7 or 8 

• Caddie - $30 - Caddies with 1 or 2 years experience entering grades 8-10

• Senior Caddie - $15 - Caddies entering grades 10-12 with at least 2 years experience

• Graduate - $10 - Current 12th graders graduating Spring 2024

Older Girls please email camp if you don't know your Caddie status.

Cookie Credits

Cookie Credits, Fall FUNds, and Juliette Program Credits from Girl Scouts of River Valleys may be used for camp registration for Girl Scouts (not adults/siblings).

• • Enter the number of $5 credits you will redeem on the next page.

  • Cookie Credits will be sent in May. You can register now and submit for reimbursement then. 

  • Contact your troop leader with questions on your program credits.

Financial Assistance

Confidential financial aid is available to help pay for camp. Please apply for financial aid before registering. This usually takes a week or so to get approved.

• 1. Click here to apply online at River Valley's web site.

  2. Select Service Unit or Volunteer-Led Day Camp.

  3. Enter Twilight Camp as the name of the camp event.

  4. Enter Northern Skies as the service unit name.

  5. Enter Lake Minnewashta Park as the event location.

  6. Enter 07-22-2025, 2:00 pm as the event date/time.

  7. Enter the registration fee appropriate for your Girl Scout.
     Include $30 Bus Fee in the total if you're taking the New Brighton bus.

  8. GSRV will contact you via email and cc Twilight Camp with approval status.

  9. We'll email you a code to use when you register.

Sibling Care

Sibling Care is for Adult Volunteers needing childcare during Camp

Parents/guardians with young children can still volunteer at Twilight Camp. Sibling care (4-13 years, toilet trained) is free for 4-day volunteers, $20/sibling/day for others. Sibling care is only available on the day(s) you volunteer. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: We hate to have her miss camp!  Late arrival/early departure is an option, email us to discuss.  Otherwise submit camp cancellation requests via email to info@twilightcamp.org.  Registration fees will be refunded at 100% thru May 31st, and at 50% June 1 thru June 15th.  No refunds will be issued after June 15th.  Thank you for your understanding.
